January + Jesus + John | John 8

Jesus saves us to set us free. Not to remain in bondage of sin. Freedom in Christ is pure. We are filled with joy, peace, patience, love... we are filled with Him. Instead of condemning us like the world, He redeems us to set us free for more of Him. He makes us Holy! He gives us The Light to live in Him! This is our purpose!

This lie we believe that we are forgiven so we can sin more is from the enemy. And Jesus stated it clearly several times “you are healed, go and sin no more.” Because He knows the Light of His Freedom.

We are not judged by the world standards. So the lies of the world do not hold up for who we are, what we do or what we say. The world lies for sin and judges in sin. Darkness is always blinding. Darkness is always manipulative. Darkness is always hiding.

This world is full of lies. Full of darkness. Chaos. Destruction. Corruption. Sin. Jesus says in John 8:26 “I have many things to say and to judge about you, but The One Who sent Me is true; and what I have heard from Him — these things I tell the world.” One thing is sure, Jesus is true. Jesus is freedom.

“If you continue in My Word, you really are My Disciples. You will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.” John 8:31

We are children of God! It’s about time we live like it! We have a Father Who loves us and Who is true, noble, honorable, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy. We do not have to believe the lies!!!! We do not have to be under the father of lies. We have a Father of TRUTH AND LOVE AND FREEDOM and the victory over the enemy is ours in Him!

Thank You, Jesus, for redeeming us, setting us free, making us holy, and giving our life purpose. We love You!
